Smart911 and Rave Alert System

The Village of Kenilworth is now part of a growing effort to provide emergency responders with more information in the event of an emergency.

With Smart911, you can provide dispatchers and first responders with critical information you want them to know in the event of an emergency, even when you can’t.

When you call 911, a dispatcher will have the ability to view your Smart911 Safety Profile that contains your address, important medical information, home information, description of pets and vehicles, and emergency contacts.

Safety Profiles can also include:

People living in your household
Pets, service animals
Medications and medical equipment
Medical conditions and allergies
Property details, layout, and utility information
Vehicle descriptions
Phone numbers associated with your family
Emergency contacts

Your safety profile is free, private and secure! It’s up to you, and your information will only be seen if you ever have to call 9-1-1. To sign-up for this free service, please visit smart911.com or use the links provided below.

A mobile application called Smart911 is also available for Apple and Android smartphones.

Rave Alert System

Rave is a reverse 911 system through Smart911 which has replaced the Code Red system. If you signed up for Code Red you will no longer receive notification of an emergency in Kenilworth. Our new Rave mass notification system gets the right message to the right user at the right time. The Rave system will be utilized to send you notifications of emergencies in Kenilworth and from any of the surrounding communities that you choose to opt in for, by way of text, phone call and/or email.
