Crime Alert

Last night, 1 vehicle was stolen from the 600 block of Abbotsford.  The vehicle was unlocked with the keys left inside.  Two unlocked vehicles in the 400 block of Abbotsford were burglarized.  These incidents are occurring during the overnight hours.  Communities in the extended area have all had vehicles stolen and burglarized as a result of these opportunists looking for unlocked vehicles.  

These offenders are drawn to this area because easy opportunities to commit crimes exist.  The best way to discourage this area from being targeted is to lock your doors and remove keys and valuables from your cars.  We need your help to eliminate crimes of opportunity.  Call 911 if you see any suspicious behavior.
