Meeting Announcement

Village officials have been actively monitoring the national and local responses to the spread of the COVID-19 virus. Health experts are currently recommending that persons avoid large assemblages in an effort to help contain the spread of this rapidly spreading virus. Therefore, President Potter has directed that non-essential public meetings scheduled on or after Thursday, March 12^th are canceled/postponed until further notice. We understand that the postponement of our meetings may cause some inconveniences, but the health and welfare of our residents is a high priority. Village services continue to be available and are not impacted by the decision to temporarily avoid holding public meeting. Residents who would prefer to conduct Village business by email or telephone are welcome to contact us at either, info@vok.org or 847-251-1666, weekdays between 8:30a and 5:00p. The 24-hour non-emergency line for the Police Department is 847-251-2141. We thank you for your understanding during this trying time and wish you and your family well.
