211 Kenilworth Avenue - Certificate of Appropriateness & Special Use
A request by the Kenilworth Union Church for a Certificate of Appropriateness to install an addition on the existing building. The request requires a Certificate of Appropriateness, which will be heard by the Architectural Review Commission, as well as a Special Use and Variance, which will be heard by the Zoning Board of Appeals.
At their Thursday, September 14, 2023 meeting., the Architectural Review Commission continued their discussion for the Certificate of Appropriateness application. The Commission continued the meeting to October4, 2023 at 7:00 p.m., to allow the applicants additional time to respond to their comments. Additional information will be provided closer to the meeting date. A public hearing to consider the Special Use and Variance will be scheduled in the near future.
