Water & Sewer Bill
Need to Start or Stop water and sewer service at a property? Fill out the Stop/Start Utility Service form and return to Village Hall.
Need to pay your water/sewer bill? Make a payment online through Point & Pay or explore the other options listed below.
Is your bill higher than expected? Leaks are the most common reason for spikes in your water cost. If you think you may have a leak, we want to help you identify it. Here are some tips to identify a water leak.
1. Before we get started
A couple of notes about Point & Pay:
- Processing fees. There is a 2.75% card fee. There is a $1.00 eCheck fee.
- Processing time. Payments take 3-5 business days to process.
2. Decide your payment option
You can pay online with credit/debit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express) or eCheck.
1. Prepare payment
Make your check or money order out to the Village of Kenilworth. Write your account number on the memo line of the check or money order. Please keep in mind that mail can take 5-7 business days to arrive at Village Hall. Make sure to mail your payment at least 5-7 business days before your payment is due. Check out the water bill payment options to decide which one works best for you.
Was your water turned off for non-payment? We're not able to turn your water on again until your full balance payment posts to your account. We recommend you pay your full balance in person at Village Hall so the payment posts immediately. If you pay online or via mail there'll be a delay from one to several days.
2. Mail your payment
Mail your check or money order (with your account number written in the memo line) to Village of Kenilworth at the address listed below:

1. Bring Payment
You can pay in person with cash, check, money order, or credit/debit (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express). All card payments have a 2.75% processing fee added to the total transaction amount. If writing a check or using a money order, please make it payable to the Village of Kenilworth.
Was your water turned off for nonpayment? We're not able to turn your water on again until your full balance payment posts to your account. We recommend you pay your full balance in person at Village Hall so the payment posts immediately. If you pay online or via mail there'll be a delay from one to several days.
2. Pay at Village Hall
Pay in person at Village Hall to have your payment immediately posted to your account.

3. Drop off your payment after hours
Pay when it's convenient for you and drop off your check or money order payment in the dropbox. We empty the dropbox at 8:30 am Monday - Friday and process payments the same day.
You can find the dropbox slot inside Village Hall, located on the Administration counter.
1. Authorization
Fill out the Automatic Bank Payment Authorization form, and return it to Village Hall or email to Info@vok.org
2. Payment Date
Once we have received your completed form and entered the information into our system, the amount due on your quarterly bill will automatically be withdrawn from your bank account on the due date noted on the bill.
* The automatic debit will take effect on your next Water/Sewer bill. If you have a current bill, please remit your payment by the due date.
